"Dynamic Assessment"
Would you like to develop a deeper understanding of body movement and hone your skills to provide the best possible approach to your clients?
In this workshop, we will learn how to identify patterns and habits of the body that appear during movement, as well as static assessment, under the theme of "Dynamic Assessment." Using dynamic assessment techniques, we will develop the ability to accurately assess how the client's body moves and where there is room for improvement.
Recommended for:
Pilates instructor who wants to learn effective teaching methods that suit their clients
Pilates enthusiasts who want to gain a deeper understanding of movement quality and improve their own practice

June 2 (Monday)

"Dynamic Assessment"
Follow-up sessions
This session will enable participants to deepen their practical knowledge of dynamic assessment learned in the May workshop.
45 Minute Master Class
You will actually experience practical exercises based on the concept of dynamic assessment.
15 minutes of group discussion and Q&A
This follow-up session will provide you with the opportunity to apply what you have learned more concretely and further improve your teaching skills and understanding of the movements.

July 2 (Wednesday)

Theme: "Reflections on athletes"
~Understanding the unique movements of each sport
Support ~
Learn the unique movements and body usage required for each sport, such as running, golf, and baseball. In this workshop, you will learn practical ways to identify the strengths and challenges of athletes' bodies and create exercises and sessions that will help improve performance and prevent injuries. As an instructor, you will acquire the skills to support athletes more effectively.

This is a follow-up session to expand on what was learned in the July session on "Reflections on Athletes."
In this 60 minute session
45 Minute Master Class
Based on what you have learned, you will actually experience practical exercises for athletes. Through a program that takes into account the movements of specific sports, you will learn practical teaching methods.
15 minutes of group discussion and Q&A
This follow-up session will provide you with the opportunity to apply what you have learned more concretely and further improve your teaching skills and understanding of the movements.

"Unraveling the anatomical aspects of the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi
~A back that connects with the core~"
The serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi are muscles that play an important role in maintaining trunk stability. In this workshop, we will gain a deeper understanding of the function and movement of these muscles from an anatomical perspective and explore how they can be applied to Pilates exercises. The aim is to unravel the "connection between the core and the back" and gain a deeper understanding of Pilates exercises.
